Why is your property being inspected?

•  We work as a 3rd party to major insurance groups to provide photo evidence of the property's current condition, typically requested for new policies or renewals.

Why isn't your direct agent who wrote the policy at your door? 

• With increase demand Insurance Carriers have started to contract with field inspectors. To learn more please contact your insurance agent directly.

How to prepare for an inspection? 

• It is your agent's responsibility to notify you of an inspection. The property needs to be accessible if gated please have gates unlocked. Please supervise pets or keep them in a restricted area while the inspector is outside. 

How long does it take? 

• Our exterior, front and back inspections take roughly 15 minutes.
